Depot Service: high quality, low cost

We provide quality repair service at reasonable costs via our Depot service. When contracted equipment is in need of service, just call us at 800-OK-Danka. We’ll ship you a like-new device, usually by the next day. You just box up your broken equipment and mail it back to the Depot using our prepaid postage and packaging. We maintain hundreds of manufacturer and engineering certifications, allowing for repair and reimbursement of in-warranty equipment, and refurbishment to meet manufacturer specifications.
